Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made 6 hours prior to your appointment in your registered account. Please ring 0410 861 468 if cancellation made less than 6 hours. The account will be automatically suspended if you're NO SHOW. 10% late fee surcharge if you are late over 10 minute. Appointment will be cancelled with invalid contact number and email. Reminder SMS is sent a day before or on day of your appointment. Appointment will be cancelled if no SMS confirmation made by 8am of your appointment day. By booking with us, you agree and accept our service and booking terms and conditions.
Customer conduct policy
Zero tolerance of anger, violence and aggression in the salon. Please arrive on your appointment time as we work by bookings. Please arrive early if you need more time to choose polish color. THE SERVICE TIME DOESN'T INCLUDE NAIL REMOVAL TIME. We use 'heat pack method' on nail removal which doesn't damage nail from the nail drill. Please allow more time for nail removal as below: Shellac 10 mins Bio gel 15 mins SNS / Apres tips 25mins Acrylic 40 mins We DO NOT refund for the completed services. We offer redo service if the jobs have cracked or chipping within 14 days.
