Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be made 6 hours prior to your appointment in your registered account. Please ring 0410 861 468 if cancellation made less than 6 hours. The account will be automatically suspended if you're NO SHOW. 10% late fee surcharge if you are late over 10 minute. Appointment will be cancelled with invalid contact number and email. Reminder SMS is sent a day before or on day of your appointment. Appointment will be cancelled if no SMS confirmation made by 8am of your appointment day. By booking with us, you agree and accept our service and booking terms and conditions.
Late Arrival Policy
At Q Pro Nails, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
