Booking Terms We kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made at least 6 hours in advance via your online account. For cancellations within 6 hours, please contact us directly on 0410 861 468.
No-Show & Late Arrivals Missed appointments without notice will result in temporary suspension of your booking account. A 10% late arrival surcharge applies if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time.
