Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT Due to high demand in our services, our salon requires a non-refundable 50% deposit upon each booking. This deposit goes towards your appointment. For circumstances where a deposit refund could be applicable, please see below. CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING We require a minimum of 24hrs notice prior to cancelling/rescheduling your appointment. Failure to adhere will result in loss of your deposit. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Marstina on 0466114997 LATE POLICY We understand life happens so if you are running late, 15 minutes grace will be given to any scheduled booking. If you arrive later than 15 minutes your appointment will run short or be canceled which will result in loss of your deposit. PAYMENT Due to COVID-19, we are asking that our valued customers pay with CASH where possible. Our little business is trying to keep overheads down by minimising EFTPOS fees. By booking an appointment with Beautybyttina Salon you agree to our terms and conditions of service.
Late Arrival Policy
At BEAUTYBYTINAA, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
